Never lose your Etsy listing changes again thanks to Listadum’s Time Machine
Published on
Did you ever wish you could go back in time and revert your listings to what they were a week or two ago, before making these changes that clearly were not a good idea? Or did you ever make a bad change and lose your progress?
That’s the story of one of our customers who spent days re-working his listings on Listadum to reach 100 completion scores, just to lose all his progress after making changes on another tool that was out of sync. This customer asked us if by any chance we had a copy of his listings, and sadly at that time, we didn’t… but this inspired us to create Time Machine!
What is it?
Listadum automatically saves snapshots of your listings when you make changes from Listadum, or every day when we synchronize your shop if something changes (eg: you made changes on Etsy directly).
And you have the ability to visualize these snapshots, or restore your listing to a previous point in time.
Where to find it?
When editing a listing, there is a new “Time Machine” action available in the Actions section (bottom of the right sidebar).
Free while in beta
Although listings will be automatically backed up for all, the ability to visualize or restore from a snapshot will only be available to Listadum Pro members. And Listadum Pro members will also have a longer retention period.
But while in beta, this feature is free for all!
We are working on ways to better visualize what changed between an old snapshot and today’s listing, as well as easier way to revert entire listings.
